Lifecycle controls, trustee components, paper reconciliation and result artifacts have distinct responsibilities. The independent verifier is incomplete.
Security depends on the complete implementation, trusted operations and reviewed evidence. No certification or independent audit is claimed.
Prepare the election definition
Administration covers election definitions, contests, candidate information and intended operating roles. Configuration needs review before it can govern a ballot workflow.
Keep administrative work separate
Configuration, check-in, authority operations and result review are separate responsibilities. A public website must not become an election control panel.
Read the packaging status accurately
The repository contains multiple role-specific surfaces. The proposed Master/Kiosk arrangement does not establish downloadable, production-ready desktop releases.
