Pre-release

Assessment only. Not yet suitable for any live election. Deployment and operation require authorized SparkGlim Security and Technical Teams.

Supervised election assessment

Different jurisdictions. A controlled local model.

Assess operational and governance needs across locations without implying remote internet voting or regulatory approval.

International interest does not change SEVA’s intended supervised, locally hosted architecture. Countries, languages and legal frameworks require explicit review; a country selector never certifies an election deployment.

An assessment scenario, not an approved deployment.

Country context guides the consultation. It does not establish jurisdictional approval, regulatory compliance or product availability.

Architecture, not a live deployment

Eligibility and check-in

Authorized roll operations and supervised exceptions. Identity data belongs on this side of the boundary.

Separate responsibilities. Validate the complete path.

Ballot marking and encryption

A paired kiosk presents configured contests. Cryptographic components process selections; integrated assurance remains under evaluation.

Close, reconcile and review

Lifecycle controls, trustee components, paper reconciliation and result artifacts have distinct responsibilities. The independent verifier is incomplete.

Security depends on the complete implementation, trusted operations and reviewed evidence. No certification or independent audit is claimed.

Review local authority and rules

Identify the responsible election authority and obtain appropriate legal and governance review for the intended use. This website offers no national-election endorsement, jurisdiction-wide approval or certification.

Plan actual local centers

Assess controlled polling locations, local networking, staffing, accessible equipment, power and evidence custody. Multiple locations remain an architectural assessment topic, not a tested international capacity claim or an internet ballot service.

Distinguish language from readiness

Translate public explanations for the audience while reviewing the election application’s actual language and accessibility coverage separately. The website’s five languages do not prove every operational screen supports them.

Define acceptance before a pilot

Agree implementation scope, independent testing, mock elections, recovery drills and permitted evidence review. SEVA remains pre-release and unsuitable for live elections; no cross-border hosted voting operation or production deployment is implied.
