SparkGlim SEVA · Pre-release
Eligibility is its own responsibility.
Review eligible-roll and supervised check-in workflows separately from ballot handling. Neither source nor a website establishes a production-ready voter operation.

Prepare the eligible roll
The institution must define eligibility and resolve incomplete or duplicate records. Evaluate the actual import and validation path without assuming automatic identity assurance.
Supervise check-in
Check-in operators need a defined exception and escalation procedure. Eligibility approval must not be treated as access to a person’s ballot selections.
Review identity separation
The design intends to separate identity records and cast ballots. Logs, timing, services and exported artifacts still require privacy assessment as one integrated workflow.
Use synthetic review data
Do not send voter rolls or personal records through public enquiries. Agree controlled evaluation with SparkGlim Security and Technical Teams; no live election use is approved here.
