Supervised election assessment
Institutional elections require more than a ballot screen.
Assess education-sector representation elections through authority, controlled operations and accessible review.
Universities and other education institutions may have separate student, staff or committee electorates. Each needs its own requirements assessment; SEVA does not automatically unify their rules or eligibility systems.
An assessment scenario, not an approved deployment.
Country context guides the consultation. It does not establish jurisdictional approval, regulatory compliance or product availability.
Map the institutional boundaries
Identify each eligible group and the authority responsible for its roll and procedures. Decide how campuses or departments relate to polling locations without assuming a ready-made student-information-system integration.
Review the ballot configuration
Prepare positions, candidates, ordering and selection limits. Agree approval and correction responsibilities before sealing and confirm actual supported behavior instead of inferring a particular institutional voting method.
Plan supervised access and assistance
Arrange staffing, check-in, controlled kiosks, accessible participation, power and incident handling. More campuses or languages add practical requirements; they do not prove multi-site readiness or full application localization.
Make evidence an institutional responsibility
Agree paper custody, observation, reconciliation and authorized publication. Requirements review and controlled rehearsals precede any proposed pilot. SEVA remains pre-release and unsuitable for a live election; no institution or authority has been claimed as a customer.
