Check candidate information, ordering and permitted selections before evaluating ballot presentation. Source-supported configuration is not permission to change a running election.
Assign review responsibilities
Identify the people responsible for configuration, eligibility, devices and evidence. SparkGlim Security and Technical Teams retain operational authorization.
Keep configuration and readiness distinct
A completed form or saved definition does not establish service integration, artifact verification or deployment readiness. SEVA remains unsuitable for any election.
