Can SEVA run an election now?
No. The canonical repository identifies SEVA as pre-release and not yet suitable for any election.
Is this SparkGlim awards voting?
No. SEVA concerns controlled, supervised election workflows. Public awards and paid nominee voting use SparkGlim’s separate Awards & Digital Voting product.
Who can authorize operational access?
Only SparkGlim Security and Technical Teams. An enquiry, institutional role or website visit does not grant operational access.
Are Master and Kiosk released desktop products?
The two-application packaging is proposed, not shipped. Source surfaces and a setup screenshot do not establish production-ready downloads.
What does the cryptographic source prove?
Core components exist, but artifact-proof and tally verification remain incomplete. Their presence is not an end-to-end secrecy or result-integrity guarantee.
Does SEVA offer live candidate totals?
The intended architecture places candidate result handling after close and authorized decryption. It is not a public live-results awards interface.
Do the website and desktop share the same languages?
The public website supports English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic. The desktop set includes English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Swahili; website Portuguese does not imply desktop Portuguese.
What should an institution prepare?
Prepare general requirements, governance, intended locations, accessibility and evidence needs. Contact SparkGlim without sending voter records, credentials or private election material.
