Define the contest structure
Document each position or contest and its permitted selection rules. Confirm that the source-supported configuration matches the institution’s intended ballot.
Review names and presentation
Check names, order, labels and supported imagery with the responsible reviewers. Do not invent candidates or results to illustrate the public product website.
Control configuration changes
Configuration changes must follow the reviewed lifecycle and authorization process. A source field or editable prototype is not evidence of safe live-election editing.
Evaluate the actual ballot layout
Test long names, supported device languages and selection feedback in controlled evaluation. Portuguese website content does not expand the desktop language set.
Request consultation
