Supervised election assessment
Membership is an eligibility decision, not a login.
Assess association and membership-body elections with clear roll ownership and supervised participation.
Professional bodies, societies and associations should establish who is entitled to vote before choosing an election interface. This scenario describes questions for assessment, not a deployed member-election service.
An assessment scenario, not an approved deployment.

Set positions and permitted selections
Prepare the organization’s actual positions and candidate records for technical review. Confirm the existing ballot capabilities and do not assume delegated, proxy, ranked or weighted voting is supported.
Separate check-in from the ballot
Assign trained operators to eligibility checks and controlled kiosk use while keeping the voter’s identity separate from cast selections as an architectural requirement. Hardware and end-to-end enforcement still require assessment.
Retain a reviewable outcome
Plan observers, paper evidence, closing, reconciliation and retention under the body’s rules. Begin with a controlled mock election. SEVA is pre-release and unsuitable for live use, with testing and verification gates still to be closed.

Scope before commitment
