Supervised election assessment
A nonprofit election needs accountable governance.
Prepare a requirements discussion for organization elections without mixing them with fundraising or public popularity votes.
Trustees, committees and elected representation depend on the organization’s constitution and eligibility decisions. This is an assessment scenario, not a claim of charity-specific certification or a production SEVA deployment.
An assessment scenario, not an approved deployment.

Prepare the eligible membership
Identify the trusted membership record and the authorized process for corrections and exceptions. Discuss privacy and retention without assuming SEVA imports every membership platform or proves a member’s legal status.
Keep participation accessible and supervised
Plan locations, assistance, staff responsibilities and a private ballot-marking process. Review the actual supported ballot configuration rather than assuming proxy delegation, remote internet voting or special constitutional voting methods.
Review evidence before any pilot
Agree observer and paper-evidence procedures, reconciliation and authorized result publication. SEVA remains pre-release and not suitable for a live election; governance review, implementation gaps and independent validation are part of the discussion.
