Assemble and export results only after close and authorized threshold decryption; no per-candidate counts are exposed while voting is open.
Close before decryption
The architecture requires the election to close and the authorized threshold-decryption process to complete before tabulation. Live candidate totals are not exposed while voting is open.
Review the evidence
Reconcile ballot operations, audit records and paper evidence under the authority’s procedure. Software output does not replace the election’s defined evidence and review process.
Publish only authorized results
Result assembly, export and finalization follow restricted administrative operations. The election authority determines release and observer procedures; SEVA remains subject to pre-release readiness review.
Readiness is an operational decision.
