Infrastructure
Provide supported hardware, controlled networking, power continuity, printing, secure storage, and tested recovery procedures.
Acceptance testing
Complete threat review, mock elections, accessibility checks, reconciliation, recovery drills, and observer validation before use.
Readiness is an operational decision.
