Controlled voting kiosk

SEVA Voting Kiosk Application

The Windows voting kiosk application is the supervised ballot-marking surface in the SEVA election system, using licensed device pairing, encrypted ballots, paper evidence, and restricted election-state controls.

Licensed kiosk pairing

Each kiosk receives a unique device identity and must be approved by an authorized administrator before it can join an election environment.

Private ballot flow

The kiosk presents configured contests, validates selection limits, encrypts cast ballots, and keeps voter identity separate from the ballot.

Evidence and resilience

Paper evidence and controlled offline operation support auditability while network egress is prohibited during open or paused voting.
