SEVA election architecture
Deployment Options
The current architecture targets locally hosted, supervised, air-gapped election environments with controlled SparkGlim licensing and backup governance.
Plan a controlled local environment
The current SEVA architecture targets supervised, locally hosted election operations. It requires controlled networking, licensed devices and clear ownership of the election infrastructure.
Prepare practical resilience
Arrange reliable power, printing, secure storage and recovery procedures. Rehearse the actual venue and device configuration rather than relying on a software installation alone.
Separate readiness from availability
Access to the pre-release software is not approval for a live election. The deployment must complete the technical and operational readiness process and satisfy the product’s production roadmap.
Readiness is an operational decision.
Review this part of the system alongside the deployment requirements. Software access is not approval to run an election; governance, mock elections and evidence review remain necessary.
